RealSupport, New Admin Support for CRR Agents.

We are happy to announce that we have put in place a virtual support services company that is available to our agents to contract administrative support services.  RealSupport Inc. is that company.  They specialize in the real estate industry providing services to our agents in getting files created and documents uploaded into Paperless Pipeline, entering new listings in MLS, as well as a vast array of administrative and real estate marketing services. 
RealSupport Inc. is an awesome resource to any agent.  You will contract directly with RealSupport Inc. to provide the support you need.  They have a staff ready and available to work with you.  We’ve trained them on the Paperless Pipeline system and requirements, so all you need to do is get them your documents and they will take care of the rest.  Support services are available Monday through Friday at a rate of $35 per hour.  This is a significantly reduced fee from their normal $65/hour. We were able to negotiate this for you as a benefit for you being a Charles Rutenberg Realty broker.Time is billed to the minute, so you will only pay for the time they spend working for you.  This is a very structured company with backup support, so when someone is out sick or on vacation, there will always be a virtual support assistant available!   I’ve attached a copy of their flyer to this email for your reference.
